We're trying to create an ever-growing record of 50s reminiscences, so we need YOUR HELP! We would love you to contribute any of your memories from 1950s British life - it could be related to anything at all: your favourite comic, your (measly, if any) pocket money or weeklytreat, your family Sunday lunch... anything at all that has stuck in your memory all this time. Even better, we'd love to see any old pictures you may have. Thisis going to be a pretty fab historical document - you'll go down in history by contributing!

Fantastic Quality Boxes, Absolutely Stuffed With Sweeties
Just wanted to write and say a huge thank you to A Quarter Of.
I recently placed my first order with you, getting ready for Christmas (much to my husbands disgust, who thinks that Christmas shopping should start mid-December!)
Not only did the sweets arrive in super-quick time, they were amazing!
I ordered two big `decade` boxes, one for the 50s and one for the 70s, and they are fantastic quality boxes absolutely stuffed with sweeties. I wish I`d bought one for myself as well! I know I`ll have at least 2 people who will be thrilled with their Christmas pressies.
