Edinburgh Rock - This is just so deliciously soft and crumbly... I love to just let a piece sit on my tongue and let it slowly melt away...
If your memories of rock are the hard minty stuff with Cleethorpes through it (please subsitute Cleethorpes with the name of your favourite British seaside resort) then give this a whirl... it is very different and, in our opinion, far, far deliciouser (yes I know that deliciouser doesn`t exist really but it ought to!)
