Just wait until you try Edinburgh Rock... it's more chalky and crumbly than hard in texture, porous... and fruit flavour. Another fruit flavoured rock comes from Stockleys - this rock is harder rather ahn crumbly
And then there's the famous Coltsfoot Rock, again made by Stockleys. that has a definite herbal flavour.
