Just discovered your site – excellent. Re Pacers – I am old enough to remember they used to actually be called Opal Mints in the ’60s.

Yes, I remember them as ‘Opal Mints’ as well !!

Anyone remember the Pacer’s ad ? (“Stripes ???”, followed by 3 ascending tones/sounds as green stripes appeared on a white t-shirt (among other things).
