Ice Breaker?
I believe it was made by Cadbury’s and appeared in the 1970′s and also disappeared later that decade.

Milk Tray Bar – like Fry’s Five Centres but they were chocolates from the Milk Tray collection fused into a bar.

You can still get this in Australia. It’s called Cadbury’s Snack (no not the rubbish biscuit form here!).
