Taveners (Formally Sharps) Strawberry Bonbons - we have two types of bonbons: the softish ones, and the hard ones that go a little soft right at the end (these). Our customers are staunchly divided over this issue, so we thought it was only fair to satisfy both camps! I mean, who wants to fight over a humble bonbon?

These are magnificent: from the tangy strawberry dusting on the outside, to the smooth and creamy hard shell, to the grand finale - the chewy toffee in the middle - each bonbon is a little artwork in itself (ok, so I`m getting carried away now - they`re just SO good!)

14 Apr 2013Nope, no good at all. I used to love strawberry bonbons but back then, they had a toffee centre, not a plastic centre. As I've mentioned elsewhere, even the toffee bonbons these days just have a toffee COLOURED plastic centre. Avoid if you prefer the old bonbons.

12 Feb 2013By far the best tasting bonbons ever. Many bonbons don't taste properly of the real fruit, but this isn't the case with Taveners. They are wonderfully chewy and very fruity. Yum!
