Whatever happened to... Pink Panther Bar?
Pink Panther Bars
What ever happened to the Pink Panther chocolate bars – the ones which were similar size to the Milky bars but were bright pink and strawberry flavour.
If I remember they were made for the release of the Pink Panther films just like the Wonka Bars have been now.

I'm so glad I'm not the only person who remembers Pink Panther chocolate bars - have tried for years to find a strawberry chocolate to take it's place but they're just not the same... maybe it was the picture of him on the chocolate that did it! YUM!!!

Urban myth has it that they were took off the market by the EEC due to the colouring contained in them having nasty side effects. But they were fabously nice, so who cares. I had many when younger, so the damage must be done. So put them back on the market.

Oh yeah I remember them they were my favourite of all time. I'm sat in my office with some vacation chocolates called milka from Austria, and they have a small strawberry one which of course got us 40 somethings into reminiscing about PP bars.

I loved Pink Panther bars. And even thought of re-manufacturing them and having a trendy bar in Clerkenwell or somewhere called the pink panther bar but only serving pink panther bars. And maybe coke floats. I would pay a lot of money to eat one now. £100 even. And another £200 for several 48 packs of:
Chicken Wickers
Skydivers
Little Piggies / Piglets
Farmer Browns
THE classic KP multipack.
