Whatever happened to... Coconut Mushroom?

Coconut Mushroom Sweet

Whatever happened to the coconut mushroom sweet, with a single peanut in the centre?
They had a different flavour from the type that are currently available.. Perhaps it was the fat from the peanut!

We used to stock them - made by Laurel confectionery of Crook Co Durham - did not keep well - had to be sold quickly or the coconut went rancid - which was the reason we stopped selling them - firm ceased trading about 20 years ago
