Does anyone remeber sweets called Argentinas? They were white and pale blue and were really, really chewy. They came wrapped in a clear wrapper and were sold loose. We used to always get them in a 10p mixture.
Would love to try them again.

Here's something no-one's mentioned yet - and it used to be a favourite in the school tuckshop - Fizzy Lizzies. These were hard, chewy, strawberry-flavoured bars with a mouth-puckeringly sour sherbet centre.
I've not had one for more than 20 years - I'd love to track them down.
Anyone else remember them...? I wish I could remember who manufactured them.
