When you visit the A Quarter Of home page you will see that we have organised the hundreds of sweets we sell into easy to understand categories. For example if you are looking for Bubblegum you will find it in the Chewy & Soft and Penny & Fun categories. Hold your mouse over the menu options and a drop down menu will appear containing all the sub-categories. Then click on a sub-caterogy to view the sweeties it contains!
To view a product just click on the small image of the sweet in the category view. Or you can also click on the product name too! You will then be taken to the 'more information' page.
To add a product to your shopping basket, just click on ADD TO BASKET and you will then be taken to your basket to show that the product has been added. However, on the product page you can also find out a lot more about that sweetie. For example we always list whether the sweet is Gelatine Free, Sugar Free or Gluten Free so you know what you are buying.
Once you have added all the things you would like to your basket, just click on the checkout button at the top right of the screen (or the blue checkout button in your basket screen) and you will be asked to either sign in or enter your details for your order.
If you already have an account with A Quarter Of then enter your email address and password here. If you don't have an account with us you can enter your details below and choose to create an account should you wish.
Once you have finished this screen you will be taken to the checkout screen where you can view and change all the options of your order. You can select whether you would like the sweets to be in traditional paper bags (at no extra charge), if your order is a gift and also enter a gift message. More importantly you can choose how we will send the sweeties to you. The maximum cost of UK delivery is £4.95 via City Link who deliver the following day after we have sent your order to you.
On this screen you also enter your credit / debit card details. It is worth mentioning that this screen is 100% secure and is tested daily so that your information remains completely secure. Once you have agreed with the terms and conditions of our website click on CONTINUE to be taken to a complete summary. This is so you can make sure that you have everything you want, the right delivery method and also you have entered the correct details.
If you are happy with everything, then click on PLACE ORDER and we will process your order and debit your card (if you have selected that payment method). You will then be sent an email confirming everything and be given your order number should you wish to contact us about it.
And there we have it ... the simple way to place an order and get all those sweets you remembered from your childhood.
