Terms & Conditions
1. The A Quarter Of Jelly Baby Adventure is open to people over the age of 18 who are resident in the UK except employees and their families of A Quarter Of or anyone else connected with the competition or giveaway.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entrants are invited to submit a digital photo image of a Jelly Baby in an unusual or exotic travel location.
4. The theme is open to individual interpretation but a Jelly Baby must be clearly visible in the image.
5. Jelly Babies can be bought from any source and do not need to be from a particular brand.
6. Entrants can submit up to ten images in colour or black and white. All images but be submitted electronically at jellybaby@aquarterof.com. Hard copies of images will not be accepted. The images should be around 300dpi and no larger than 1MB.
7. Each entry should be marked with the entrant’s name, email address, address, contact telephone number and a short description including the place the photo was taken.
8. No entries can be returned. The organisers accept no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed having been submitted electronically. Proof of emailing is not proof of receipt. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. Entries will not be returned.
9. The competition closes at midnight on Tuesday 31st August 2010.
10. Winners will be notified by email as soon as possible after the closing date.
11. Entries will be judged by members from A Quarter Of and the judging panel will select one photograph and two runners-up which, in their opinion, best illustrate the theme of the competition.
The overall winner will receive a fabulous two nights break at a stylish UK boutique hotel from the Red Letter Days collection. The break includes breakfast and is subject to availability and certain booking

12. The A Quarter Of’s judging panel’s decision will be final and no correspondence can be entered into.
13. All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The entrants must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the entries or their parents/guardians if children under 16 are featured. Further, entrants must not have breached any laws when taking their photographs.
14. Entrants will retain copyright in the photographs that they submit to the A Quarter Of Great Jelly Baby Adventure Competition however, by entering the competition all entrants grant A Quarter Of the right to publish and exhibit their photographs in print, on the A Quarter Of website (www.AQuarterOf.co.uk), Facebook, Twitter and in any other print, broadcast or online media. No fees will be payable for any of the above uses.
15. By entering the A Quarter Of Great Jelly Baby Adventure, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules and the organisers reserve the right to exclude any entry from the competition at any time and in its absolute discretion if the organisers has reason to believe that an entrant has breached these rules.
16. A list of winners’ names and winning images will be published on the A Quarter Of website (www.AQuarterOf.co.uk) and on Facebook after mid September 2010.
