Apple and Blackcurrant Pips - we just love this wonderful combination of flavours and we don't think it is seen anywhere near as often as it ought to be.
Our apple pips are lovely and tangy... and they complement the rich fruitiness of the blackcurrant pips absolutely perfectly.
For me they recreate the flavours of those warm, mellow late summer days and especially the evenings - remember them from when you were young?
